Francine, the owner of this restaurant Liege squatted by a regular clientele, is passionate about culture and distant travel. His great house is also heavily loaded with works of African artists. But against all odds, it is Jarroong Kruasombat, a Thai chef, who officiates in the kitchens of LBG (the name given to the restaurant by the regulars).
